Purchase Orders

We accept purchase orders for our biology, anatomy, and physical science full year curricula, as well as our Secondary Science Simplified™️ professional development course. For more information, keep reading!

Purchase Orders for Curriculum

  1. Complete this Google Form so that we have all of your necessary information.
  2. Receive a Quote.
    • You will be sent a formal quote within 1 business day of your Google Form submission.
    • This is NOT an invoice, but will provide you and I the information we need to move forward in the process.
  3. Submit a Purchase Order.
    • After receiving your quote, email back your signed purchase order. Your quote is good for 90 days.
    • Note: If paying with a school credit card, you will be able to do this at any time and gain immediate access to resources.
  4. Receive Access to Resources and an Invoice.
    • You will be emailed resource access directions within 1 business day of submitting your purchase order.
    • When you receive the resources you will also receive your invoice.
  5. Mail in a Check.
    • All payments must be received within 30 days of the invoice issue date.
    • Upon depositing your check, we will send you a receipt of your paid invoice.

Purchase Orders for Professional Development

Our professional development course, Secondary Science Simplified™️, is only open during select times of the year. Teachers on our waitlist will be given early access to start the purchase order process (as we know it can take a while!)

So first and foremost, if you are interested in joining our next cohort, join the waitlist now! This way you will gain early access to sign up for the course and pay with a purchase order. Once enrollment officially opens, you will:

  1. Complete this Google Form so that we have all of your necessary information.
  2. Receive a Quote.
    • You will be sent a formal quote within 1 business day of your Google Form submission.
    • This is NOT an invoice, but will provide you and I the information we need to move forward in the process.
  3. Submit a Purchase Order.
    • After receiving your quote, email back your signed purchase order. This must be received before the end of the enrollment period.
    • Note: If paying with a school credit card, you will be able to do this at any time and gain access to the course as soon as enrollment officially begins.
  4. Receive Access to the Course and an Invoice.
    • You will be emailed course access directions within 1 business day of submitting your purchase order.
    • When you receive the course you will also receive your invoice.
  5. Mail in a Check.
    • All payments must be received within 30 days of the invoice issue date.
    • Upon depositing your check, we will send you a receipt of your paid invoice.

Additional Notes about Purchase Orders:

  • It’s Not Rocket Science, LLC can provide a W9 and a Sole Source Letter, if required. Make sure to check either (or both) when you complete the Purchase Order Request Google Form.
  • Each license is good for ONE teacher and CANNOT be transferred to another teacher at any time.
  • Additional licenses can be purchase at a 10% discount.
  • If purchasing licenses for MORE THAN 5 teachers, contact PO@itsnotrocketscienceclassroom.com, Subject: Bulk Purchase Order, and request a quote for a bulk discount.
